标 题: offer求分析

citi的佛州的team，Avp的title，做anti money laudering的modeling。base 83k，
bonus 5k，年终奖说at the discretion of management. 绿卡没提。本人现在h1签证
。给我5天时间答复。我现在还有5个大公司的面试和onsite，但是都没到给offer的时
候。citi的这个offer都没给我onsite直接就发给我offer了（hard copy with
signature)。本来感觉是假的offer但是大家都说有签名就可以去。我都没和我的
manager聊过。
现在求教：
1， 这个offer值不值得去？没有onsite，不知道manager是谁，也靠谱么？
2，5天时间太短了。能拖么？
3，他家绿卡啥政策？
4，这个offer我还能negociate多少？我还要赔我现在公司1万块钱。
5，benefit，bonus都不知道。。。正常么

citi的这个部门3月份左右要从nyc搬到tampa，估计很多人不愿意搬
所以才急着招人 |
