这两个方向和survival，哪个去药厂更容易找到实习机会？ |

designs will be here to stay but the whole field is overblown. A lot of
stuffs are just fad. There will be a lot of fresh graduates with adaptive
design focus completing with each other in a few years, while with survival
you occupy a niche and can be very competitive in the right therapeutic area
. The need for survival analyses will never go away.
Another thing for you to consider - do you believe a new Ph.D. with 0
industry experience will get to design complicated adaptive trials and sell
it to clinical and operations?

发帖数: 11146 | 5 新毕业生没有名正言顺“工业界”经验，不一定就完全没有相关经验。学校和药厂一般
都合作很紧密，那些pi经常有来自药厂的trial，然后他们再找学校里的生统人员给设
计，adaptive design用得越来越多。至于sell it，新毕业生难以独挑大梁、人家不完
全信任你不买你帐，这是无法避免的，什么专业都一样。爷爷都是从孙子成长起来的，
孙子最后都会升华成爷爷的。
总之经验都是自己挣来的，在学校里因为有“人际网络”在——你自己不认识什么pi，
你老板或系里其他教授认识啊，随便有谁有活干需要个打下手的，你就入门了啊——机
会非常多。离开学校之后，这样的环境就一去不复返了。叹气挖鼻~~
