How long should my resume be? Currently three pages and have a long list of
publication and long list of project discription if want to cover in detail.
But wonder about industry standard, and if there is any drawbacks with
current length.

EXPERIENCE front, PUBLICATION and TALKS at the very end.

each resume. And HM or members in team would spend less than 10 minutes on
each resume unless you showed you are good candidate.
I do not think anyone should write 3+ resume for industry position unless he
is "da niu". 3+ pages mean one have poor summary ability.
