论身份问题）。但是股份需要先讲好。
如果申请到孵化器，我会马上辞职，申请不到，1月辞职。
idea基本上算是2个人一起想的。
所有coding和产品我写。
marketing她搞，她人脉广，以后拉钱也靠她。marketing部分也是需要算法和代码的，
也会是我写。
公司她注册，需要可以的话，就帮我转h1b了。
自己投钱方面还没有说，有也不会很多。。。可以当没有，因为她投多少我应该也可以
匹配。
请教这种分工一般怎么分equity啊，我是一点经验都没有。。。而且不知道如果我是
h1b是不是必须要拿到少？

and don't count incubator. there is ONLY one incubator which really worth
your effort: Y-combinator).
I seriously recommend you read the book: venture hack (google search it,
free pdf book)
at this stage, you can comfortably get 51/49 ratio. just don't 50/50
because someone gotta make a decision for something you can't agree upon.
always remember the 4-year vest, one-year cliff rule.
no one gets his portion from day one. he gets 1/4 after one-year, and get
all of them after 4 years.
this can avoid someone walking away 2nd day with big equity (same rule for
people you will hire in future.)
a good marketing/sale person can play a huge role for a product company.
Writing code is basically not that vital for a company, I am a developer by
the way. A good sales/marketing co-founder can make sure the code you write
could worth something - this is the point.
but,who managed a company also means the company culture later on. Developer
funded company most likely will lead an engineering culture. my thought.

事实上，我觉得没有我朋友的marketing和市场能力，我们这个是不可能成功的，我对
她的这个能力很有信心。但是我也不是纯开发。虽然说我觉得2个人缺一个都不可能成
功，我觉得还是让她做决定比较好。哈哈

, the other is a seller.
