2. How does this solve this problem? Need to solve 100% of the problem, not
just 90% of it.
3. Who are the end users of this product
4. Who is your revenue-supplying customer? How to satify the ender users
and the payers.
5. Does this product solve a problem that end-user/revenue supplying
customerr really have?
6. Are you sure it is a product and not just a "feature"?

You are devoting your life to a venture, that to the VC, it is just one of
many projects. Anyone of those could fail. If one of them becomes the next
Google, the VC gets good return. But, what the possibility that your venture
could be that one lucky successful one??
You will work like a dog, for many years, only to find out that you are not
in line with the VCs expectation. Also, you are hoping to grow the business,
meanwhile, VC is looking for | g********g

发帖数: 301 | 4 It maybe a bad approach for someone and some business. What VC does is to
make a small pie bigger, much bigger. If you want a 100% of a small pie, it
is fine. I prefer a 10% of a super big pie. Anyway, a lot businesses
think go to IPO is a good thing.
Also, for an engineer who has no experience in startup, it is good to have a
VC to guide through the way. After the first time, you probably do not
need VC anymore.
There are many VCs. Some of them are good and some of them are bad. Anyway
