agent will send you to a company to do temporary work. the company needs to
pay much more for you because you are a contract worker. they will ask you to
work like hell to be worth of their money. you are not a member of the company
therefore they wont show you any mercy. you are temporary and you will leave
anyway. you dont have any benefit. they wont train you, give you chance to

agent帮着找工作，有两种情况：
1、像老大说的。你是属于agent公司的员工，然后把你派到某个公司。你的薪水是agent
公司给你。要人的公司会把钱一次打给agent公司，agent公司就截掉一部分，剩下的给你
每个月发薪水。你如果有兴趣，要跟agent公司谈你的薪水，和用人公司无关。一般，age
nt公司会帮你申请EP, 但是不会帮你申请PR, 除非你同意雇主雇员的公积金部分都从你的
薪水里扣。这个工作一般就12个月薪水，很少的年假（12天左右），很差的福利。
2、就是某公司自己要招员工，而通过agent来找人。招人的公司要付给agent相当于你一
个月到两个月薪水的费用。而这些都和你无关。你要和招人的公司谈你的薪水。进了公司
，就和正是员工一样了。不过bigdog提到是by contract的工作。那么要打听清楚关于13
个月工资、bonus、年假、医疗保险的情况，一般会比落在agent公司手里好些，但不如正
式员工。
对于第一种情况，也不是说绝对不可接受。要看薪水（至少比同等平均高出20-30%），和
工作（是不是去大公司，是不是作有前途、方便
