你不妨把你的条件和要求plug in, 看一下你可以拿到什么样的rate 和closing cost.
不过最近30 years 的利率升了不少，两个星期前3.75% 都可以no fee, zero point. 其实agent之间的rate差别不如lock的时间的不同的差别，你不如bookmark 你的loan的quote chart,经常看下； 3.75% no fee no point 还应该会回来的，这也像股票一样一会儿走高一会儿走低。
现在5 years ARM 最低，要refin 5 year ARM要抓紧。

Two weeks ago, I heard from my friend that she got a 3.75% 30yrs fixed rate.
But when I called, the rate goes up to around 3.9%. Still waiting for the
rate goes down. |
