时上下班的时候堵车厉害么？哪位住那里的给点经验？
另外那里community如何，其他设施如何？

kids starting to go to school.
When it snow, the community have snow trucks to clear major roads
immediately. we never had trouble getting in and out on snowy days.
Community is good. You don't get your own backyard, but there are lots of
parks and trails everywhere. |

You do get a backyard in certain streets. Depends on the house you are
purchasing.
Having lived two houses with big yards in the past, I now prefer smaller
yard, very low maintenance.
Commute is usually not an issue, about 20-25 minutes to MSFT Redmond campus. |
