hour. (Take Bellevue way instead of 405)
To me, Issaquah highlands is a better choice than Redmond Ridge. Better
community, better builders. |

the neighborhood. I like the mountain views, abundance of parks, short
distance to shopping places and ski resorts, diversity of residents in the
community, easy access to Bellevue and Seattle, quality of houses etc. |

我觉得基本上整段就没有不堵的地方...
lp在redmond campus上班，都觉得redmond ridge太远/堵了。更别说你在bellevue上班
了

Bellevue: old house-- West Bellevue, Somerset etc. House after 2000
cost well above $1M. distance to downtown bellevue 1mile-5 mile
Lakemont: new house-- school district is issaquah, utility is
Bellevue/issaquah. price around 600K-800K-$1M distance to downtown
bellevue 5-8mile.
Issaquah highland -- school district issaquah, new house price around
500K--800K

者晚半小时出行会不会好些？

第一，redmond ridge堵的，不过堵的从avandale到520那一段，因为那里是520的入口
，刚刚改进过，比以前好点了。过9点以后就不堵了。8点算个高峰，还有校车。再早我
不清楚。
第二，即使堵，可以通过208转到union hill或者到redmond-fall city那条路避免。另
外，novelty hill到uniion hill那里正在开一条路打通，所以以后还会好点，也是由
于这个原因，最近novelty hill有点堵，但是我们9点出来不影响。
第三，你这段还要堵的地方，在520转405那里。这个问题南边北边都一样，你90转405
一样堵。
第四，哪个社区好，是自己感觉的。多看看吧。一样的地段不同的builder的两个社区
就有差别了，何况两个不同的city。
第五，redmond ridge那里除了一个QFC，买菜要下novelty hill，周边只有小商业区。
bellevue基础设施会好一点，但是人口密度要高很多。至于sumset还是rose park哪个
小学好，自己去查rank和review。
个人意见，你喜欢热闹就去bellevue，反之就去redmond ridge， 你上班如果在
redmond当然更加推荐redmond ridge，反之可以多考虑考虑bellevue。 |

downtown Bellevue. I-90 is far better than 520. You do not need to go
with 405 for I-90. Richard Rd/148 ave is much faster than 405 to change
to I-90 during peak hour. Redmond Ridge just too far to Bellevue
Downtown. School district, Bellevue>Issaquah/Redmond
Why not try to drive during traffic hour to get your own conclusion?

，park everywhere，landscape都维护的非常好。issaquha highlands好一点的地方是
有view。
