question regarding the PSA contract of new constructions:
Question A:
item 16 in form 21 of Purchase and Sales agreement:
16: Charges and Assessments Due After closing: □ assumed by Buyer; □
prepaid in full by seller at closing.
The builder check “assumed by Buyer”. They said it’s common to pay the
fee by the buyer for all the new constructions. It’s about 40 box per month
for sewer fee which last 10 years.
I want to learn from you:
1) Is it true that for new houses, normally “assumed by Buyer” will be
selected?
2) What kind of fee it will involve? How much of the fee roughly, in
total and per month?
3) Do you pay anything else besides Home Owner fee? My agent mentioned "
Sewer fee".

什么意思呢？
Builder跑了一块地，盖房子。这块地下面没有下水道，政府给铺了。这当然要钱。政
府先垫上，然后找新屋主收，一般按十年收。
具体的数目找city要。
公平的讲，屋主出这部分钱合理。如果你倒时卖房时没付清，以可以要求买方继续付。
当然一切都是negotiable的，你可以要求builder一次帮你付清，如果他同意的话。

发帖数: 2848 | 4 15年，大概是八千多不到九千，过去这几年涨了一点点~ 一次付清有discount，没见过
一次付清的，都是住几年付几年，下一个买这个房子的人assume，King county 和
south Snohomish county的新房子，south snohomish county的也用king county的设
施。账单一季度一个~
