Anyone here ever got to know E.T. Jaynes's work and and his work on
Neoclassical theory (NCT) for quantum mechanics? In any case, I would
recommend this very interesting paper:

Basically this paper revisited the radiation reaction effect and spontaneous
emission (and most of NCT fundamentals). It describes the wave collapse as a
continuous wave function dynamics without jumps and without pointlike
