为什么要评个什么“最伟大”之类的呢。。。
数学不是打擂台，它是很多人一点一滴积累而成的结果。每个人都
都享受前人的成果，同时付出自己的努力。有一个伟大的数学家对
人类是幸福，没有的话数学也不会止步。

I met Witten once at a seminar (Jocelyn Belle's talk, the woman who
discovered
first neutron star).
Andrew Wales is also at Princeton, he's more typically a
mathematician.. proved
Ferma theorem.
