yesterday, now BOA backed out my loan because the HOA has 27% commercial. I
am looking at smaller landers, and brokers. Anyone have any advice?
Anyway to back out the deal?
sue realtor of negligence?
Will the rate will higher? how much higher? any broker on this board?
Anyone in similar situation before? Your advice will be appreciated. |

contingency, without appraisal contingency, without inspection contingency?

一定就高多少。
HOA Cert上写的东西buyer agent一般还真不知道

资没戏了。

发帖数: 2890 | 8 你这个不符合Fannie Mae guideline. 大部分lender和银行都不会originate 你的loan
， 因为不能在secondary market 上re-sell。 试试看 Portfolio lender 或找hard
money loan。利息很高哦。
你已经填了CR form了吗？ 如果只是光remove loan contingency的话， 还有救。因为
还有HOA contingency。 你可以说 after I read HOA doc， I don't like this
property (不必解释什么原因）。 I want to quit。 如果已经填了CR form， 就不能
退了。

Thank you everyone for your time and answer. I found a few agents/brokers
who would finance the loan, do not know all the rates yet. one 10 ARM is
comparable to regular 10ARM loan. Crossing my fingers to find a 30Fix with
acceptable rate. If not, will go with the 10ARM.
