发帖数: 2163 | 3 这个没有什么LEGAL不LEGAL的，一个老房子有些东西不符合今天的CODE 要求并不是说
就不可以租或者住。除非你是SECTION 8的TENANT。特别是私人的房子。
但是如果房子的问题给你或者PET造成了伤害，你完全可以SUE OWNER，或者跟OWNER要
求医药费。至于能不能要到些，就看你的具体CASE是不是能说服别人或者JUDGE了。

如果没有法律规定：garage door必须12345678，但pet是personal property，你的

对方举证，要找律师的，除非一条狗特别贵，否则1小时律师费$300，谁去sue你？ |

烦。这么麻烦的租客还是赶走好，合同到了不再续约即可。 |
