实战中感觉算5-10万吧，没garage放东西太不方便，跟住apt的感觉差不多

one (maybe just 5K to 15K), but the emotional value attached to it is
priceless. A man pretending to be a mechanics want it, and a women trying to
be a gardener want it too. If it is impossible to add one, then you may
want to walk away from the property. |

发帖数: 71 | 5 The owner converted half to a room and leave half for storage. Yes, it is
not easy to find space to add a carport or garage. I am wondering what the
appraiser would value this. |

发帖数: 1879 | 6 Unpermitted-converted living room will not be appraised, which means the
appraised value will be less. So make sure the seller has a permit, or you
have extra money to cover the difference as downpayment.
