说必须要从xxx financing corp那拿pre-approval
agent from xxx financing corp发信说,从他那拿pre-approval就需要把他放在
comtract上,只能从他那做loan.
看上去own这房子的bank和这个xxx financing corp也不是一家阿.
想问问这里会不会有啥问题.

"You have the RIGHT to shop for the best loan for you and compare the
charges of different mortgage brokers and lenders". You can report the bank
to DRE.
