I think about moving a part of property tax and mortgage to schedule A,
because I lived in that house for a part of last year.
Should it be OK?

and bona fide sense, such as approving new tenants and improvements, and the
establishing rental terms."
If I hire an agent to manage the property, but I still need to approve any
repair/improvement, can I be considered as "actively participating"? | h*******s
