标 题: Contigency是一定要sign document才remove吗？

我的buyer agent，也是dual agent，他是这么说的，不知道可信否：
Don't worry about the contingency extension. You must remove your
contingencies by signing the contingency removal document. They do not
expire automatically. |

知道是不是这样的？还是如z这个agent所说的，一定要sign一个书面的paper才能
remove contingency？

发帖数: 1242 | 4 If you use the standard California contract, yes. Contingency removal needs
to be in writing, see Paragraph 14.B.4 of the Residential Purchase
Agreement.
However if you are buying a bank owned property and the bank has an
extensive addendum, you might be subject to a passive contingency removal,
in which case the contingency expires when time is up. You have to be more
careful in this case.

might cancel this contract.
