ebay打了电话，要求他们确实保证这个buyer给我的DSR都remove掉。他们说应该是同时
，不过也可能有delay. 反正我要他们认真查查。刚刚看了，发现确是remove掉了。
所以这个的ebay seller要注意这个问题。千万不要以为NEG remove掉就万事大捷了。

you can remove loan contingency when your loan agent is quite sure you will
get the loan, meaning that the conditions remaining on your conditioned loan
approval are soft conditions.
Loan is done only when your escrow accounted is funded by the bank. I never
heard people remove the contigency on the day of funding (i.e., closing)
you have to either remove loan contigency or cancel the deal before the loan
contigency deadline

remove, seller可以把房子卖给下一家. 但是你的deposit一定会还给你. 在没有

deposit. 至少在加州是这样的.
现在你能做的就是尽量和listing agent说明目前loan做到了什么地步, 大约还需要多

个人觉得这些与relocation or removal 有关应该可以cover 吧。但是offer中只提了

Gentle Eye Makeup Remover。在店里试了一下还有点小惊喜，就买了一大罐8.4OZ， $
14也不会很贵。
回家后用了超喜欢。
下面是试验图片，手上从左到右是Clinique的Eye Pensil，Maybelline的Eye Studio，
还有Bare Mineral的金色Eye Shadow。 这个Eye Makeup Remover是液体状的，颜色透明就跟水一样，我一般是用Q-tip沾上一点，修补没画好的地方。卸妆的时候也用，一点都不会刺激。但是我用过的Makeup Remover不多，也不好对比，只是想这款Remover貌似版上还没有MM推荐过，就上来推荐一下～～：） |

When is the deadline to remove loan contigency? If not yet, you can hold. If
yes, you need to remove it.
The seller can terminate the sale contract and possibly forfeit your earnest
money if you fail to remove loan or any contingency on time. |

contingency. 还有一个是mortgage contingency, 在commitment date 就removed. 这
天是银行承诺贷款，虽然贷款还沒完。如果你的agent 这时让你签字，完全正常。
如果你指的是下offer 时候签的免contingency, 在抢房热区也常见，为了增加拿房的
可能性。但agent应该问你以核实。 |
