There are a couple of new SFH developments proposed down by SR-56.
In terms of condo, a proposed 384-unit condo complex is in Torrey Hills at
the intersection of Ocean Air Drive and Calle Mar de Mariposa.
Another proposed 600-unit condo complex is at the intersection of Del Mar
Heights and El Camino Real.

I saw some old houses without MR or very low MR. Most of them had old roof,
old carpet and much-smaller-than-photo rooms. Not mention the termite and
pipe problems.

?难不成这些老房子都是出售前请公司专门stage的?反而一些2000年后的房子看上去
装潢很老旧。
不过买房子还是得抛开现象看本质。请教下这些老房子最大的隐患是什么啊?一般roof
啊/pipe啊之类的使用年限是多少呢?
另外,如果房屋附近有空地要计划建condo之类的是不是会贬低房屋的价值啊?
另外,大家对主卧和客厅的朝向有讲究么?
