All three are good schools. If you rent at Torrey Ridge Apartment, your
kids can attend Torrey Hill.
For the other two, I am afraid you have to rent a house instead. |

in San Diego.
My concern is too much competition for young kids...

On the plus side, if your kid attends one of those three schools, he or she
will end up with high STAR scores. So it is a trade-off. In addtion, these
are just elementary schools. Wait untill your kid goes to middle school
and high school, where the real battle begins.

Below are the top 10 schools of San Diego in 2009, just found from web
Top 10 San Diego County Elementary
Sage Canyon in Del Mar Union School District with 2009 API Growth of 976.
Ocean Air in Del Mar Union School District with 2009 API Growth of 976.
Bird Rock Elementary of San Diego Unified with 2009 API Growth of 973.

The Heights, is pretty good size. Archstone is another good one, i think it'
s cheaper than the Torrey Hill Village.

Torrey Villa, Torrey Ridge，房租两房每月1700刀左右。其他两所没有APARTMENT 或
CONDO出租，只有SFH.
