t*******f 发帖数: 2634 | 1 长跑脚跟背后疼是很常见的伤痛,据说有10%比例。这种伤痛
大体有三种,1. achilles bursitis 2. achilles tendinitis
3. both achilles bursitis and achilles tendinitis。
其中第一种, achilles bursitis, 比较好治。这种伤痛也可能是
由于意外磕碰引起,然后由于在未痊愈的情况下长跑导致病情恶化长期不
能康复。我一直以来饱受这种伤痛困扰。主要是当初以为可以run through。
所以伤痛反反复复。在二月份没有这个问题的脚后跟也不幸在搬家的时候严重
磕碰。后来停跑,好像好乐。上个月恢复长跑后慢慢增加里程,不过到70+mpw
后又复发。于是赶快找了运动医生和physical therapy专家。在他们指导
和严厉约束下,现在已经又好乐。问医生是不是可以开跑,结果被严厉
批评一番,命令我在得到许可前一步也不能跑。据医生讲,根据个人情况不同,
也许要两到三个月或者更长时间。但是他说我的伤情是很轻微的,他治愈过
严重多的,关键要老老实实完成每天的康复训练并且一定要不惜一切代价避免
再次受伤。
下面是处方,希望对有这种伤痛的朋友们有所帮助:
每天 1. 冰敷早晚两次 2. 拉伸早中晚共三次 3. 禁跑。
我现在每天快走三四迈,没有任何不适,除了要玩命控制住想跑起来的欲望。
这个处方和我多年前治愈运动性损伤肩周炎一模一样, 当然第三项是禁止
打羽毛球。
因为我好像没有 achilles tendinitis, 所以没有切身体验,就不多说
乐。
回想起前一段家里程的时候没有听取板上朋友们的忠告导致伤痛复发,深感惭愧。
另外很佩服板上那些run through朋友。 |

my legs after a run or a pickup game; and I always ran at full speed either
on track or on court with the pain.
Now I stretch for 5 minutes after each run and I only run at a predetermined
speed and distance to be on the safe side. But the good news is that I have
not had achilles tendinitis for 4 years while playing hoops and running
loops! |
