This is the most difficult part.)
I have been running 15 months. According to
the "big book," during base-building period
one should not do any weight lifting.
I do not think my aerobic base is good enough
for endurance. But is it a good idea to do some
upper body training during this cross-training
period? By the way, my arms are getting slim,
so afraid of too slim. |
