low-HR, still felt tired this afternoon. Just tired, no
muscle soreness - probably because the workout did
not push the aerobic limit.
Debated with myself if I should rest or go to the
gym again. Finally decided to go to the gym but only
half of what I did yesterday.
So here is what I just finished:
25min elliptical
35min stationary bike
