但是冰球手都是个高体重大的，比如alex ovenchin, 身高6'3,体重230磅
网上查了一下：mike richter, 前纽约轻骑兵的门将，66年出生，5’11，体重190磅
Richter competed in the Ironman Triathlon at Lake Placid on July 22, 2007.
The triathlon involves a 2.4-mile (3.9 km) swim, 112-mile (180 km) bike ride
, and a 42.195-kilometre (26.219 mi) run. He completed the grueling race in
12 hours 49 minutes 10 seconds.
On November 4, 2007 Richter ran in his first New York City Marathon
finishing with a time of 3:54:35.[4]

以前甲A的时候卡西亚诺12分钟3450米，对于非专业训练的来说很不错了

skills at all.
at last year's Muskoka 70.3, I beat a 2:50 Boston Marathoner by 5 minutes even though I'm one full hour slower than him in marathon!
