游泳/骑车运动员， 每周训练时间也是跑步运动员的2倍。。
所以玩儿Ultra的还是极少数人， 那个LT100的名额也只有750人而已，
现在也没报满。。
职业马拉松运动员， 一般15小时/周为止。 普通业余选手10小时/周，
已经绰绰有余了， 事实上版上没几个人能跑到10小时/周的。。
很多人每周上网的时间可能就不止10小时/周了。。。

发帖数: 41236 | 8 你是特殊情况， 普通人很少有工作这么长时间的。。我认识的花街的人，
每周工作80+小时，也还是有业余生活的， 当然他们睡得很少。。
对于普通人来说， 正常工作时间也就40-50小时， 我觉得还拿时间做借口
就没道理了。。

记得有个书说过。这个三角形
yourself and hobbies
your family and friends
your work and society
always balance. do not ignore any of them..
well it is your own decision to how to allocate them :)

发帖数: 19210 | 12 说的很好！这也是为什么我跑半马也撞墙的道理。家庭的优先级高于跑马/骑车/铁人。
只有再家庭时间有保障的前提下才能开展后面的活动。同时尽量把后面的活动变成家庭
活动。假如哪天我BQ了，我就会安排一周的family vacation去波士顿。
很多训练铁人的都被迫成了morning person，4/5点起床训练，然后上班，下班后的时
间全是家庭的。

我只能保正10小时/周的骑车时间（上下班）。
