layers of winter jacket, sweat pants, and a hood. It was like steaming in a
sauna. I was soaked in just 25 minutes, heartrate quite high for the speed
I was running at. Will do a couple more heat sessions. It is said that the

热天跑心跳肯定会更高的，就算acclimatization之后..
对了，这回大家怎么联系，好像也没人组织email group啥的？

最后还是挺难受的， 手都麻了， 主要感觉是缺氧，倒不是热.... | b***i

mode was random hill level 5. HR went up to 167 at the end!
