I did not run on Monday and Tuesday day time to
rest my AT and all kinds of muscles soreness from
last week consecutive 3 days of >12 mile running
every day.
Felt not so good, so had a short shopping-running
in the evening.
I would like to rest more to get better recovery
for the next round of running/weight-loss, goal
is go to sub 150LB. But I noticed that my body weight
bounced back about 1-2LB from inactivity. This is
pretty big pressure to me:) |

昨天走了8mile,今天接着走。医生建议我两个月内不要有剧烈运动。我打算没有痛感
就开始慢慢跑跑。

I usually have more time toward weekend, especially
during weekend, so run as long as time permits...
Usually 2.0 - 2.5 hours in the morning on Sat and Sun.
In fact, I did not run much the past Sunday because of
tight schedule...
