The first day of training, this Monday, 6.7mi, very slow, 10min pace, abs/
legs/butts were sore the day after. Tuesday, 12mi easy, 9min pace, quads
were sore. Wednesday, 7.6mi easy with 5k MP-20sec pace, quads got even more
sore!
This really surprises me that only 9 days, I have to readapt my body to
running

冒症状,休息了三天,没有任何运动,今天早上去跑了三迈,分别是9-8-7'40"的pace
,本来计划是再跑两个7'30",结果三迈下来就撑不住了,下来小腿右侧都有轻微痛感。

Are you sure you have recovered from the injury? Do you use to run on
continuous days?--I usually at least take one day off in between....
One way that I think may be helpful is that just do easy run and recovery
run in these days, but take 1-2 days off in between. Do not go more than
10miles before the race!
Or take as more rest as possible. During the race, easy run in the first
half. Let your body decide whether it is the time

和人的体质类型有关,我也是属于停止锻炼后就体力或者更准确说,fitness level衰
退很块的,当然又重新开始后,提高也比较快,不是象build from scratch那样。

without too much running. Don't worry. Your cardio drops fast but come back
fast too. It took me only one week to get it back to the level it should be. |

why this situation seems too abnormal.

起起伏伏总是很多,应该也正常。
