还是第一次有这种感觉呢 :D
以前从头到尾都是觉得累...

各部分相关肌肉 关节 心血管 心脏搏动 开始适应跑步需求
然后就轻松了吧
跑步的时候能感觉到身体在逐渐向跑步模式过渡

最开始头3miles那叫累啊，后面越走越轻松，越跑越快，如果不是没时间，我都可以
再跑3-4miles.但是我一般下午只有一个多小时。周末我和LD一般能跑半走半跑的
6miles多。 |

周一跑步把膝盖扭伤了。。。昨晚踢球脚踝被人踩了好几下
我现在不要太痛苦

once by a dog. I started o run, but then realized the space
around buildings was too small, the dag could always get
short-cut when I had to turn. So I run to the standard
track-and-field. The dog followed...
After half lap, the dog got too close, and lots of students
were watching...
Suddenly, I fell down heavily, and thought the dog would
bite within a second. However, the dog was so scared and
turned around and escaped as fast as he could.
Later I learned that if a dog chases you, you just lower
you body and pretend to grab a stone. The dog will be scared
away. I actually saw other people did this, and even throw
stones to the escaping dog while yell at it... :)
OK, if you are chased again next and want to do this,

I once drove 800 miles to see a mm (not my gf, but close friend then).
She lived in an old lady's house. She actually did not pay rent, instead,
she took care of some house work for her.
When I stepped in the house, I saw a big black dog, and it started to
bark at me, but did not attack. I pretend to be calm, but was really
very nervous inside. I followed her to the dinning room for dinning
room for dinner (She knew I was hungry after a whole day drive, so
prepared lots of delicious food for me.)
As we entered the dinning room where the dog could not see us, he
stopped barking. The mm told me that the dog barked because he was
scared by me. I did not believe so. After dinner, we went to see
the dog. He immediately started to bark at me. So I stand there
and looked into its eyes, and still pretend that I was not afraid
of him, although I was so afraid that he could jump up and bite me
at any moment.
To my surprise, the dog run away quickly, apparently with lots of fear
in his eyes...
After that, when I saw a dog, I always pretend to be calm, although
feeling legs were getting numb at the same time:) Usually the dog
owners always control their dogs tightly when they pass by - not sure
what were on their minds, either the dog was intimidated by me or
I was intimidated by the dogs.
