基本上纯粹是蒙的。
觉得长期坐着会痛应该是tendon的痛。而且坐着的时候，韧带可能是处于收缩回去的状
态，这样突然拉伸时会剧痛，韧带被长期拉伸的时候通常是舒服。
这些答案很难懂，d被否了。
接下来就是找坐着的时候收缩的那条韧带了。
老军医的治疗方法是每天无负重的深蹲几次………
扭脚踝引起了肌肉的不平衡是引起这个痛的原因之一。

下抗组胺药，比如benadryl, zyrtec, claritin,运动后用nasal spray

我有切身体会。先给答案：保暖。
我是过敏体质。国内是有严重过敏（每年春天肯定3天病假，人打喷嚏流眼泪跟鸦片烟
瘾上来一样）。到美国后，我在track上跑完步进入GYM，游泳后有时也会有，如果继续
做lifting运动，就会有上述敏症状。
解决：热水澡。
我现在是在汗下去之前，马上冲热水澡。冬天出GYM，注意保暖（比如厚衣服，戴帽子
）。5-6年没有类似情况发生过了。

发帖数: 5141 | 50 谢谢了！我也发现这个问题了。如果我跑步之后马上就换衣服，症状会缓解很多；不过
游完泳最厉害的是洗过澡穿衣服的时候，以后争取裹条大浴巾。
你也准备跑半马或者全马了么？

发帖数: 5141 | 53 你先试试每周三次，pace比你现在跑的再慢些，看看能不能每次加些距离。就像阿土伯
说的，应该是跑得太快了。我觉着，正常人，适当训练，半马肯定可以跑下来的。
我比你慢多了，都11分半开外的pace龟速爬行。7.5的pace压根就从来没跑到过。。。

发帖数: 6234 | 54 膝盖呀。有段时间上楼，hiking上坡就针扎似地疼。
顺便问个问题。室内是不是比室外快呀。
我7.5分pace是在室内跑出来的，我自己都怀疑能这么快。室外膝盖没坏是也就8分pace。室内是9.2圈一英里，我现在是50sec一圈，30分钟能跑37、8圈儿。没觉得特别累。在室外，保持2分钟400米，跑12圈感觉还是挺给劲的，其实一般是将近25分钟3英里或者30分钟3.5英里。
我就是跑步爱好者，健身为目的。
