er 和Saucony triumph。都在10oz以上， 这批7-8 oz（男鞋 重量）的体会还是
很个人。按到手顺序。
ss5 8.9oz
实际是ss4，很顺脚，forelanding。现役
kinvara 7.3oz
脚内侧支持很强，感觉有点强迫前掌外侧着地，不适应，退役。
mt101 7.2 oz
喜欢鞋面材料，软！鞋底很硬，跑不了长距离，不适应，走路鞋。
hs4 7.2oz
很轻，太flat了。handler不了
tarther 7.2oz
感觉是SS4系列的轻量版本，起步前2mile对AT冲击较大，磨合以后很适应。商未
跑过Long，现役
green 7.2oz
喜欢鞋面设计，中规中矩，但是不合脚，还说不上是哪里不对，准备退役之。
如果有机会的话，还是上脚试一试。
每次换鞋的时候还是要小心，磨合很重要。
单从重量上好像没有明显优胜者。在这个档次推荐tarther和green
更进一步的话，可以考虑piranha和universe. 小龙和欢喜比较清楚

SS4我觉得不错， SS5觉得不太给力， HS4训练不错，比赛就抽筋,
Tarther目前觉得很不错.....

发现 kinvara我最常远跑过１８麦，膝盖稍微有点不舒服，不过可能那么远都有
hs4，kinvara，ｔａｒｔｈｅｒ重量差不多啊
而且看来 ss5还是要重一些

spring, while my shin splints were completely gone after switching to MT101.
Kinvara has too much support in the midfoot section. Some say it is a
lightweight stability shoe disguised as a minimalist. I'm not sure what that
means but it certainly isn't a minimalist shoe as advertised.

We've got quite a few folks here injured from HS4. I am one of them. And
that's probably why my AT cramped first because it is still suffering the
pain from HS4.
Tarther has similar heel-to-toe drop to Kinvara.
I give Kinvara 3/10; Tarther 6/10; HS4 2/10;

Tarther is the only one. I got a few complain with Tarther, but I have no
second choice. :(

heel striker, Tarther is good for heel/midfoot striker,
Hyperspeed 4 is excellent for forefoot striker, and
efficient runner....

Tarther我有一双，已经跑快400了 鞋底还基本不算磨多少。不过我现在用的鞋heal to
toe drop都在7mm以下，
