You might try the following methods:(pricing from low to high)
1. Plastic bottle
2. A bottle with a hand strap
3. A single bottle waist pack, Try them on in the store, some might fit
better than others.
4. Fuel belt with smaller bottles as loads are even distributed.
5. Camelback. Probably it is not needed unless you're running so long or you
actually need to take more stuff with you. |

0.5 找距离短的线路,水放在固定位置(parking lot etc),每次通过去补水。

works best. pack on the back bounces too much. I have tried every approach.

t****n 发帖数: 1347 | 5 个人感觉Single bottle waist belt比较好, 有几点:
路过水站时往瓶里加水方便;
belt上还可以塞两三个Gu;
平时训练时可以多弄两个瓶子, 放在车里, 一瓶喝完了跑回车换下一瓶不费时间. |

杯喝水都洒掉大半

成一个小口,然后吸或者挤,但是都不是很得要领。。。我当时还琢磨,那哥们说的捏
,捏成啥形状?后来还很遗憾应该带跟吸管。。。哈哈
对了,5迈的tempo很有用?你一直练这个?考虑ing

when I swing my arms. In a regular
training run I would bring a small backpack. But in an ultra race I prefer
hand held bottles. My arms felt just
fine.

考虑进个hand strip,不过不知道是不是比平时拽个矿泉水瓶子好. |

I run a 5 mile group run on Friday, which I usually run it as at my tempo
pace. It will be nicer to run tempo longer and longer, but the group run
will not change the distance anyway.
Tempo would help in any means, and 5 mile is just a good tempo distance.
