fitness level应该下降一点,估计需要2-4周才能恢复到taper前的状态。
过去6天跑了4mi, 4.4mi, 5.4mi, rest, 3.6mi, 4.2mi。。。 |

unless you are very very fast. Just can't have that much time to train |

b2b还racing么?

不过后面你run不起来。起跑的时候还是要往前蹭,
后面都是纯观众。

还是需要蛮久的, 我上次感觉用了好几个月心跳才慢慢降下来。。

w****1 发帖数: 4931 | 13 I think it very much depends. Today I ran into a female friend who is a
marathoner and qualified for NYCM. She says that as a woman she has
naturally good endurance and only feels the need to work on her speed. She
feels like if she could run a mile at a certain speed, she can hold that
speed for a half marathon. On the other hand, you hear about the NYC local
ultramarathon star who ran his best marathon only after becoming an
ultramarathoner.

w****1 发帖数: 4931 | 14 I feel that I didn't dig very deep in boston marathon, thus the relatively
fast recovery. In fact, I feel like I have not put on an all out, make-or-
break marathon effort since Bay State in 2009.

w********6 发帖数: 12977 | 15 it's really hard to believe her story. But for beginner,
it may be pretty close. For example, my first marathon, in my
training (though I never do real speed work), I can hold for
one mile @7:30min pace, probably not much better (again I never
really try, just a feeling from a few my fartlek run), and then
I run around 7:38 min pace in my first half in the race.
But when I start to train for speed for my second marathon, I found
that I can do 6:00min mile. However, I doubt if I could run a 7:00min
half by that time.
