At 15%, I used to run with cadence far lower than 180 coz it felt natural
going uphill. Today I tried to up my
cadence to 180, and all of a sudden, I was able to handle speed that was
unsustainable before. went up to
5.4mph at one point, then backed off at 5mph, last mile at 5.1mph and
finishing with a sprint. 5.06 miles in
one hour @ 15%. That's my best hill run so far. |

是不是因为我以前就过200了,上hill也很难再高,所以一到hill就歇菜?

t**h 发帖数: 229 | 5 That's interesting to learn. I just found lower cadence made my hill run
feel easier last night. I was only running at 8-10% though. Will try a
higher cadence next time. |

干脆双手双脚爬还来得快些。 |
