It has 500+ft elevation drop, not much uphill.
If the weather is cool, it will be as fast as CIM.

would like, it's of high quality nevertheless, as you've done a lot of long
runs and pace runs.

我比较了下2个比赛的COURSE ELEVATION,还真的有些相似。
除了这次LA的ROLLING HILLS要多一些。
老狼大哥有点信心，你能跑出好成绩的，只要比去年快就好了。

也好很多)。
