are more physical pains involved.

"I won't have any grandkids. My sperm count is lower than my resting heart
rate."
And I definitely agree with you, Baiji. 100km ultra run is tougher than a
full ironman. LT100 is simply "beyond category".
But in my opinion, Ironman would be more fun to train and race than ultra.
(I'm still laughing ...)

140.6 with just any kind of bicycle. I have seen people doing double
centries with 30 pound MBTs, they made me riding my Trek 1000 look like a
weight weenie.

俺也觉得tri没有ultra那么boring，至少有很多ppmm提神。
