昨晚78F容易跑，衣服居然没全湿透，跟3天前比，同样距离同样pace，温度差5度，心
率从173降到166。
据预报，这样的好日子能维持2周

great place for running. You can run outside pretty any time of any day in a
year. Too bad I am a wimp and run on the treadmill a lot.

the cats and dogs in many places of Oregon, otherwise, it will be pretty
difficult to run.
SD is also paradise to run, so enjoy it

somehow我觉得这里跑步的人不是很多， 很多老外比较变， 喜欢
中午跑。。。

right. Those towns are for retirees anyway. 2/3 of Oregon's population is
layed along Willamette Valley.

lot. And let me tell you, I was stopped by rain less than 5 days a year, and
I had to wear a rain jacket less than 10 days a year. Biggest problem
people find about Seattle is that it's cloudy and overcast most of the time.
