某日上午突然 感悟，然后给T写的信，因为T一直想研究-classical music, running,
math之间的关系，且他前二者皆通着，所以把随想发给他评议。而自己则音乐涵养不够
，长跑也未达境界之前，膝盖伤残，所以不敢妄自-公开随想了。 T首肯我的瞎扯，那
就贴出来吧。

刚才听music,突然感悟 原来长跑和音乐本是同根生。
为何？因为二者都要很讲究tempo.
1)在长跑里，tempo意味着在不同的阶段要合理配速。
2)在Classical Music里，
tempo意味着整个曲目里由不同movement够成。

要pace快点，就上gould的1955
pace慢点，上gould的1982
long run就上bach wtc或cello suites
classical和math的关系，bach是最好的范例，Gödel, Escher, Bach: An
Eternal Golden Braid 一书有详尽阐述。
road running的tempo和classical music的tempo相差甚远，running讲究constant
tempo，特别是比赛的时候。而classical则蕴含着跟多的variations。
和classical的tempo最为相似是trail ultra running，如果把一次trail ultra的每一次foot landing根据步频，速度和海拔配上音符，说不定是一曲不错的fugue。 |

here is the playlist on my mp3 player and some other songs that I would put
on the playlist (I don't normally run with an mp3 player but I do it on the
treadmill every once in a while):

不是说这两者tempo一致,而是都很讲究tempo阿

了。感觉beyond的励志歌曲非常适合跑步。 |
