但不管怎样,card loading是不能少的 :P 尤其去年跑的时候,最后那6.2 miles,又累
又饿,简直就是肚皮贴后背,现在想起来仍然心有余悸!所以从上星期开始就狂吃白米
饭,已经有差不多两年没有碰白米了,平常也只是吃少量的五谷杂粮。现在为了card
loading,豁出去了,中午一碗,晚上两碗,这样吃了差不多有一个星期,自己已经有点
受不了了,还重了两磅,觉得自己快要变成猪头了,大家有什么好的建议呀?既可以有
效card loading,又不用撑,到跑的时候又不用上厕所~~

load two days ahead. Bring enough gels with you in the race. |

be replaced by gel. I can run a marathon reasonably well without gel, but
not without carb loading.
However, I don't believe anything more than 3 days of carb loading is useful
. Too long a carb loading (for more than a week?) can certainly backfire
because the excess carb could turn into fat. I would not eat large amount of
white rice until 1-2 days before the race, because white rice are digested
and used quickly. I wou

There are lots of misunderstandings about the carb loading.
