he already broke 3:00 last year.

HM qualified time is 1:23? 6:20 pace for 13.1 miles. Doable? Maybe.
It should be easier than trying to qualify by FM.

and January 31, 2010 (2010 NYC Half-Marathon and Boston Marathon 2010 times
will also be accepted provided you applied by the March 15 deadline)
I don't think I can run a qualified time this year. So the only chances I
got will be NYC HM in late March and Boston Marathon in mid April... I
wouldn't say the probability is zero, but it's very difficult.
