比如 MAX HR,一个 EASY RUN 下来,竟达倒 235!还不止一个SINGLE PEAK, 而是好几
个!再看看MAX SPEED, 只有 7.3 mph,也没觉得要昏过去的感觉,怎么可能呢?
另一次在 TREADMILL 上做 TEMPO,最快是几乎上不来气了, MAX HR 222。尽管这比
235 靠谱,但听上去是不是太高了?毕竟不是少年人了。 |

T****a 发帖数: 4651 | 6 YES! That's exactly the pattern I see, a couple of big peaks, then very flat
for a long stretch, peaks again, followed by flat line, etc. I thought I
have a strange heart, apparently I'm not alone (relief).
What's causing this, and how do you avoid it?

i clean the strap sensor after every workout, it helps a little bit.
no way i can totally prevent it though..

seems to produce correct pattern - HR goes up gradually as I speed up
gradually.
Pattern aside, your peak is around 180 bpm on that chart and mine is 222 bpm
on treadmill. Still doesn't quite make sense...
