心里有所准备的原因也许 感觉还好不是很大
只是HRM没适应也大概没绑好 手一擦汗 就会掉下来
话说有些TREADMILL能检测HRM今天要试试看

That is a message I got from treadmill.
My highest HRM measured on treadmill is about 168. I am not sure about the
precision though.

When you run fast, you might fall down if you hold the hand strip.
It did not happen to me though.

在雨里跑跑应该问题不大。
