than running, here is a event that I highly recommend:

Although it is in open water, the swimming part is fairly easy. The water
is calm and not cold at all. I am sure most of you guys can handle it. It
is preferable to have a road bike but I saw people rode on cruise bike as
well - as long as you don't care about the time.

We can also hit the Wente Vineyard for wine tasting if you are into wine.
