I put on my headlamp and headed to the woods. There was a little bit of
drizzle. The trail looked different at night. No bugs, no animals, no sounds
, only me and my headlight. The lap was about 2.2 miles. On the third lap,
my mind wandered and I lost my footing and fell on the rocky trail. I landed
on my right elbow and hip. There was a bit blood and bruise. It woke me up.
For one second, I felt the pain and it was more |

have a weak ankle and a sprained ankle may cost me more than a week to
recover.

发帖数: 4931 | 4 In a 100-mile trail run, one would be running through the night on mountain
trails and the only light source would be from the headlamp (and possibly a
little moonlight). It's never too early to start getting used to things.:)

vineyard, forest, beach, bridge, mountain ... midnight through gold gate
bridge, ho ho. Everyone has only a headlight in the wild night.
So Whx is right :) |

刚才看了别人写的环湖马拉松report,天黑了很凶险，一会儿水坑一会是树根。
不过很适合初马，气氛轻松还不敢太快。 |
