结果练了个很粗的小腿。。。泪。。
上了初三基本上就废了

longest race before graduate school was only 3-4 K, the mandatory freshman
campus circle run. I was exhausted.

ago, I was thinking when you are running 10k, it is a pretty long, long, run
. I only ran a few times in college in cross-country 10k race, not entirely
volunteered though :).
