minutes. But still, it's about 40 minutes without the wrong turn, it is a
long way. |

days before and after the race, cuz I spent most of the time with you, buddy
. :-)
You sacrifice a lot for us by driving around all day on Saturday, by walking
with me in dark to find some stupid food, by sharing your room with me and
not sleep very well.. but you still did a fantastic job!
BTW, your chip time is 4:06, not 4:08. :-)

It seems that you really improved a lot after those two 20 mile long run.
Most people will definitely run into trouble in the second half if he runs
the first half at HM race pace. |
