At the time, most of my long runs were in doors, on a treadmill, and I was
fine. I thought that it must be those people have big nipples or something.
Lately, I started doing my long runs (6 - 10 miles) outdoors. Now I found
out that my nipples really hurts. The difference is: the wind in outdoors
push the shirt against your chest, which will aggravate the friction between
the shirt and the nipple.

Diego. if you see a topless Asian runner circling at a track field in the
afternoon in America's Fineset City, that's me.
If you live in a colder place, just wear those tight shirt instead of a
loose T-shirt. |

跑多了好像就耐磨了，现在偶尔破也没那么疼了。

发帖数: 2651 | 9 Agree. I like band-aid too. It's fast and easy. You will find your band-aid
is going fast when you do long runs. Just be careful when you peel them off.
It will be very uncomfortable depending on whether you are hairy or not!

发帖数: 1230 | 10 i saw a product 'nipple guard' at Expo before SF marathon 2009, but didnt
think i need it. While, in several long runs later, it started to hurt.
Now i only wear performance shirts got from marathon games. The first thing
to check ( i think you and most runners here already know): never have a
cotton shirt for long runs. |
