发帖数: 306 | 1 Just came back from my second 5k race. I took the overall 41th place with a
time of 21:43. That achieves my expectation (<22:00) and PR. The split is a
very ugly: mile 1, 6:35, mile 2, 7:02 and mile 3.1, 8:06. I am wondering my
result should be very competitive in terms of the ugliest split. This is a
very well organized local race with one personnel at mile 1 and mile 2
marker reporting your time (so I can easily get my split).
It was a beautiful morning with a beautiful temperature at 63. The |
