goal: lose weight, improve health
body type: a lot of hypodermic fat on the torso, especially in the belly-
waist-hip area; much less fat distribution on the limbs
I (re)started running in June, first on the streets, but more on treadmills
lately, because of the heat outside. Also on a treadmill I can control my
speed more easily so I do not overpace at the start when my energy level is
